anyone have photoshop skills?

So I clearly have no photoshop skills.... I was wondering if anyone could help me out real fast.
By Monday the new site, completely re-fixed (learning as I go...) will finally be up.  however I can't design a banner to save my life. does anyone think they can help me out by improving on the banner at Custom Marine Creations - Aquarium Supplies For Less thanks in advance! The live support graphics is over your top menu (partially). You should fix that as well.
