Well at night when the lights of my tank are out I some time come with a flashlight to see what’s going on.
So it looks like my tank / live rock is full of this bug/cockroach/ant looking things, & some are big as medium size ant, it is hard to explain how they look, but when they see the light, they are fast like mice, run from the light & hide. I have a sump/refugim with live rock sand bed & macro algae. If they are pods what type are they? Do my fish eat them?

They are pods. The bigger ones are copepods, the smaller ones are amphipods. And yes, your fish are eating them.
