only 6 hours with all on, but with ramp up and down 14 hrs total.

I run mine around 14 hours per day. 12hrs. because thats about a day and 2hrs because it looks so cool at night.

I run whites for 9 and flourescents for 8 on a PC Flourescent. I get morning sunlight
 'til around 9AM through windows. I believe that can be good for corals and bad for algae. It took me awhile to adjust my timers to this and keep algae down. Now, my corals are growing. I run about 8 hours a day. been having diatom out breaks when I ran for 12 hours.
