SCIENTIFIC NAME - Pseudanthias Pieurotaenia COMMON NAME - Squarespot Anthias (Squareblock Anthias, Squareback Anthias) SIZE - 7.9" (20 cm) RANGE - Western and South Pacific MIN. AQUARIUM SIZE - 70 US Gal. (265 L) FOODS AND FEEDING - Varied finely chopped marine meaty fare for zooplankton feeders, mysid shrimp, vitamin enriched brine shrimp. Feed at least 3 times a day AQUARIUM SUITABILITY - 6 REEF COMPATIBILITY - yes, however, does not adapt well to intense lighting CAPTIVE CARE - Larger tanks with plenty of hiding places a plus, slow to acclimate, tendency to hide while acclimating, keep singly if tank is 135 US Gal.
