Cool Green Toadstool Frag pricing help

I have an opportunity to buy this frag for $25. The guy lives in the next town over. His other 4 frags went quick about a month ago, but someone dropped out and now he has 1 piece left that I PMed him about. I dunno if this is a good price or not. I have PMed the other people who got one to hear about their frag. Here is a link to the thread and the picture.

Re: Green Toadstool Frag pricing help

Yeah it looks nice but my concern is that 3 other people got their picks of the 4 frags about a month ago. I am wondering if this piece is the crappiest of the 4. Maybe I can ask him to take a picture of the remaining piece.
