sixline illness

My sixline wrasse has developed a fungus in his mouth. it is cottony looking and his mouth stays open. he still eats, just not as much as normal. does anyone know what this may be? are there any cures or hope for him to survive? I would take a pic, but ya'll know how hard it is to photograph a sixline.

Re: sixline illness

I have no idea what its called. But you could try Q-Ting him and try either clout or erythromycin.
I'd dose both. That way your treating for both fungal and bacterial infections.
