Thanks to everyone for the advice. I have a fish only aquarium and am going to start on some it ( the advice) rigth away. Today the fish (only one fish is infected) looks better. I am using an organic anti ich remedy in whose label it says is made from herbs that contain naphtaquinine. I hope the naphtaquinine will not affect my biological filtration. Thanks again.

just treat for the full cycle to get the little buggers when they hatch. dont add anything new until the treatment is over and stop your carbon filtration during treatment. test and check your water parameters at least every 3 days or more to keep an eye on things just in case and good luck. once under control you may want to add some cleaner shrimp and a couple cleaner gobies if you will be keeping a fish only system. good luck with your treatment.
