1000 pods?

i found a seller on ebay that sells 1000+ pods ,i want to add pods to my tank, because i got a scooter blennie, i've seen him eat mysis shrimp, but i would hate if he starved, can i just add them all in, is it a good idea at all?, i dont have a sump or anything... thanks..

You can just add them to your tank. Hopefully they will establish themselves in the rock and keep a population going.

is a in tank refugium basically a small tank with holes in it that hangs in the tank?, is it really that simple to do it myself?

You can make a hang on refugium from an old hang on back filter and a deck lamp. It worked well for me.
