Sorry guys I didn't mean to bash the test strips.I used them in the past.Moisture,fingers can throw off the readings and I couldn't figure if the color match this or that.Yeah there super convenient but inaccurate,IMO.I learned this years later in those trade magazines and other websites/forums.When one of my test kits run out I gonna try the Salifert,all the forums say they are the best.Don't know if that true or not...we'll see.

I know you weren't bashing on em Reef. It would be a good idea to compare em to what the reading the LFS gives ya though. They can be rather tough to read sometimes and many times i've settled with a reading inbetween the colors.

WHAT HAS SEEMED LIKE FOREVER.... MY TANK IS CYCLED!!
MY AMMONIA = 0 MY NITRITES = 0 MY NITRATES ARE LESS THEN 10 I JUST ADDED MY BASE ROCK. I SHOULD BE ADDING SOME CLEANING CREW AND MAYBE A FISH BY THIS WEEK !!! CHECK OUT THE NEW PICS !!! looking good RAYRAY! i think im just about there too, my Nitrites are at .5 then i just gotta do a water change and wait for nitrates to come down a bit.
