Re: hi all

coralmad, is that a tank dimension 3 foot long x 2 foot wide x 18 inches tall. If so, that is great! For some strange unknown to me reason(s) American manufacturers always want to make their rectangular tanks taller than they are wide. The 120 and 180 gallon tanks are the only wide rectangular tanks nearly as wide as they are tall. (Speaking of standard not custom tanks, up to 210 gallon in size.) Obviously less oxygen and CO2 exchange surface area and more intense lights needed due to unreasonable depths, yet we Americans are still stuck with ill proportioned tanks. They use their brains in the UK I guess.

Current Aquarium(s) Description: 120g SPS Mother Colony Tank, 40 g sump, back wall overflows, 2 closed loop circulation circuits 59X
Experience in Saltwater & Reef Aquarium Hobby: 35 years in marine aquarium trade and managing LFS's, 10 years with coral.
Other Intrests: Coral Propagation, Civil and Environmental Engineering, Cabinetry, and Reef Systems Development
