what is the deal with these guys? Cute? Dangerous? Reef safe? Snail Safe? Shrimp safe?

They are sexy as Ryan said.They are tiny and makes great reef additions.Buy them in groups of three or more.

Lots of wrasses eat shrimp. The majority of wrasse species are not reef safe.

Those are reef safe, but there are plenty of wrasses that are not. You asked "do any wrasses eat them". The answer is yes, lots of wrasses eat shrimp.
