what is that?

my camera really cant take a clear picture, so i'll describe it the best i can, out of my rocks, little tube like things, they dont move, seem to be solid, are the color of an anemone, kind of transparent like, seem hollow, havent seen any kind of anything inside really, seem to be growing,look kind of like tree branches, dont really know what to look up online, so i am just looking for any ideas on what to look up. growing out of one of my rocks, a lot of 'em.

Best guesses from your description would be feather dusters, aiptasia anemones or sponges. Maybe old tubes from feather dusters?
