t-5 ho lighting
is 216 watts (4-54watt) T-5 bulbs good enough to keep just about any type of coral/anemone in a 55 gallon tank?

I'm going to say that you could keep 99.9% of the corals,and I think Biff had an anemone under the 216 watt T-5.

With individual reflectors than yes.
Without IR than most but not all,IMO.I still think for SPS,anemones and clams still need IR for proper growth.

I kept an anemone under that same amount of light in my 55.
