Question submersible pumps?

Who can offer me some advice on submersible pumps? I would only be using it for water changes (to pump the pre-mixed water out of the barrel). I found a huge price gap ($17 - $100) for ones that seem as though they would do-the-trick. Of course the $100 one looks like exactly what I have used in the past, but if there is a good quality one out there for less... I'm all for it!

Thanks...
Buckeye

Re: submersible pumps?

I got a Rio 1700 that I use to pump water back in with.

It cost a little over 30 bucks.Works great and has never give any problems, even when I used as a power head.
