is this a good skimmer

i have the 125 gallon in my sump. i was wondering if its a good skimmer

I like em.I'm running the 125 on my 75 reef.Get about a cup full of thick black skimmate every day.

I have not tried them but have read and told by other reefers that the octopuss are very nice skimmers and at a good price. I have the CSS125 in my sump and am not very impressed, however, it could be because I have a very low bioload.

have the css 65 on a 35 gallon tank. I like it ,skimmate everyday! the only thing i do not like is the microbubbles. tryng to figure out how to stop them.

I own use a 125 on my 55 and loved it. I now have the AquaC EV-180 and love em.

I have one and once you get it working right it's great. I use it in sump. Collects a lot of crap.

If you didn't buy it yet, don't. You can get a skimmer 100x better for only a few $ more. The CSS 125 is around $175 and you can buy an Octopus NW 200 for $199. The Octo will blow it away in performance.
