what is my lighting good for?

150g tank.
8x54 Current USA T5.
Is this suffiecent enouph for some of the more common lps?
Frogspawn -- clove polyps -- Some mushrooms. What can I keep? Clams?

Experience in Saltwater & Reef Aquarium Hobby: About 1 Year

For sure, you should even be able to keep SPS in the top 12"-18".

Yeah you could keep pretty much anything under that. Like McCrary said, keep the light intensive animals near the top of your tank.

woot! It is a tall though.... so most will have to be mid level or higher. Only lower light guys can go near the bottom. Frogspawn would be good, since it doesnt need to much light and it will be away from everything else.
