i am looking at getting a new light which one do you guy think would be a good

i would go with the first one since it has 8 bulbs with the reflectors

I look at lights like I do flow.There may be a point where it becomes overkill.But I doubt it.

I don't think it would be easy to get brighter than the sun. You just need to acclimate your corals to the light. Yote is right about the flow too. If your sand isn't flying around the tank you don't have to much flow.

lights are on the way. i decided that for what it costs me to change the 5 bulbs that i have that the cost of a new fixture was a better idea the mh is 70 plus shipping and my pc bulbs are 40 each so for about 100 dollars more i get eight bulbs and moon lights and save money on the power bill.
