ASM Skimmer
Just wondering if anyone uses or has used them, and what they think of em. i have the G1, any tips or tricks with em would be much thanked.

Decent skimmer. It is an older Euro-Reef design. I have never heard anything bad about them though. I know the mesh wheel mod greatly improves their performance, I think bobby did one once (possibly different skimmer but same idea though). They lost in a side by side comparison with the euro reef that i've seen but good skimmer for the money. For your size tank i'd go with the Euro-Reef 6-2.

hmm, i'll have to look up the mesh wheel mod, i've only heard of a couple others, like recirculation mod and gate valve mod. not sure what the benifits of em are though.

I've never use them but only heard good things about them.I'm considering them in a new set up soon.
