New Heater Needed
It's been a long time since I've bought a new heater. My head is spinning after looking on Ebay and a few other sites. Anyone recently purchase a new one and do you like it.

I'm using the Stealth heaters.. ones encased in plastic.I been using them for years,works flawlessly.Set the temperature to 78 and it stays at 78.I replace my heaters once a year,even if they work or not.

Im using the same heaters as Reef.I did run one hydor or something like that,but it quit on me a a couple of months ago.

If it's a plastic heater - how does it regulate it's temperature. Plastic is not a good conductor of heat...

Its made of glass with plastic on the outside.It must be a plastic that doesn't warp,melt cause heat passes right through fine.It automatically shuts off out of water.
