some say they do remove calcium. and probaly a few other things i'm not sure about. but, it's one of those things where the bad stuff they remove far outways the good stuff. with normal water changes you would never know.

true..just do weekly water changes and depending on your bio load add trace elements once a week,..as fish said, skimmer is a must in all systems..
