I'm going to update my site soon (when I get the time) with new
pictures. Here is a photo taken this morning.

Re: tank photo

Hey Steve,

Nice shot. What size tank is that? 40g? 29g? Where are your clams I recall
you possessing?

Marc

Re: tank photo

Thanks, Marc.
No it's a 60g. The clams most of them are on the left side of the tank
(there are 4 not in the shot). The others you can see the 4" crocea on the
upper right side of the photo & I have a gold maxima in front of the leather
& there is another green mantled maxima on the sandbed to the right of the
fungia.

Re: tank photo

I'll have to get some posted.
I might take some pics tonight. I just put in
a Yellow Watchman and Tiger Pistol a couple
days ago and they are still setting up home,
and have a lot of sand kicked up in the water.
I'll see how clear it is tonight though.

Good sand, huh!

Re: tank photo

yea, I like it. I was a bit skeptical about the "No washing required" "just add to tank and water will become milk like for a few days"..........................

it did do exactly that I'd say more like thick white paint, but milk like is good enough.
when I used it on the 180's sump (I went with 90lbs or argamax in the display rather then a DSB) I added it to the two 24"x24" sections and allowed the water to stand without circulation back to the main tank till it cleared (didn't want that white film on everything). the tank has been completed and running full blast for about 5 weeks now and all is doing great.
