New 13K 250 watt HQI bulb
Just came across a new bulb that Aqualine has just put out apparently.
It is a 250 watt double-ended HQI bulb with a 13K color temp. This is exactly what I need since I have been a little unhappy with the yellow-green tint my current 10K bulb puts out. Here is the description AB76250 250 watt Aqualine 10,000 German HQI double ended Metal Halide Bulb. The Aqualine 10,000 lamp has a color temperature of 13,000 Kelvin $84.99 Found it at underwatercreations.com |

This is simply the first time that a retailer has included the statement that it has a color temp of 13K. Whether this bulb actually does have a 13K color is another issue. |
