My First Check card is afforded the same protection as any Visa card. I have
had to contest several purchases before.....

one you just made. Cancel it.
Also remember, Check Cards are not like credit cards, you are not afforded
the same protections. In reality, using your debit card at an unknown,
online retailer, is akin to handing them a signed blank check.
