Re: Blue Reef Aquatics
Hi Dustin,
Did you ever get my PM to you asking about your low voltage float switch setup? I had a guy looking for one and when I wanted to link him to that item on your site, it was unfindable. They sold for $20, including the relay. Marc Dustin Knape wrote: > Hey Marc! Thanks. As an FYI, my RC screen name is DKNAPE. Re: Blue Reef Aquatics
That is only one piece. Dustin was offering a small setup that came with a
relay to allow low voltage (12v?) to the float switch itself instead of running 110v. It was a nice option, and one guy was in the market for it, but I couldn't find it on Blue Reef Aquatics any more. Re: Blue Reef Aquatics
Hey Marc,
Yeah, I've changed things a bit on my Blue Reef site. Did not have alot of interest in that float switch. I thought that I had sent you a reply. Sorry. I can get those still. I will have to get a total cost on it. Send me your email address to and I will get the total. Is he still wanting one? I took another look at your site. You are getting a nice collecion of plans up. Did you buy yourself a Dewalt Router for this purpose? Looks like a great toy... I mean tool. Talk to you soon, Dustin Knape Marc Levenson <> wrote in message news:<>... > Hi Dustin, > > Did you ever get my PM to you asking about your low voltage float switch setup? Re: Blue Reef Aquatics
Dustin, I can't even remember who it was wanted it, as it was about 2 months ago. However, I did want to
have it bookmarked for future references. The relay float switch might not be a big seller, but it is a good thing to have available for the occasional safety-concious reefer. Heck, I thought about getting one from you! My old router was really fritzing out on me, and I got a great deal on the DeWalt. Runs great!
