IceCap 175 halide Ballast
I have 2 175 Icecaps and 2 blue moons why is it that 50 % of the time
the Icecaps are broken , shorted or back for repair and no trouble with the Bluemoons? |

Re: IceCap 175 halide Ballast
Beats me since my 3 IceCap 175s have been running flawlessly on a
daily cycle for over a year. Not a glitch. On Mon, 01 Dec 2003 14:23:42 GMT, John Cianci <> wrote: >I have 2 175 Icecaps and 2 blue moons why is it that 50 % of the time >the Icecaps are broken , shorted or back for repair and no trouble with >the Bluemoons? |

Perhaps is a supply voltage issue? Voltage can fluctuate greatly during the day especially in the summer. Find out if IceCap has a specification. prolly 120V +/- 10% Any decent multimeter can monitor your voltage on that outlet over a period of time and record your high and low readings. Worth a try.
