400W 10,000K Ushio or Aqualine AB on Standard PFO MH Ballast
I am running 400w 10,000K Ushios' and it's time to replace them. I've
been considering the 10,000K AB bulbs. Has anyone experienced the difference between these two bulbs? My ballast is a standard Dual 400watt PFO. Also, would this type of ballast have problems firing the AB bulbs? I happen to come across the below insert on PFO's website: "PS - Similar to standard US ballast, but it has an ignitor. The ignitor aids in starting AB lamps" (http://www.pfolighting.com/new%20pfoAq/AQFrames.htm) The only place I could find AB bulbs at a decent price was at: http://store.yahoo.com/lamps-now/4010aqabcom.html. Does anyone have anything better? Thanks, SpongeBob |

I don't have any insight on your question, however I do know a lot of people
seem to be interested in the XM bulbs. The link you provided has a link on that page for the 10,000K XM bulb for $69 each.
