Scypha sponge, aka Q-tip sponge. Reef safe, filter feeder.

Sponge is great for your tank. Removes nutrients.

Yep! I got a zillion of them growing under rocks and in little crevices all over the tank. They are good.

If you have any kind of angel, the fish will eat any in the tank. Natural food source.
