anemone foot
i got a sebse anemone and it wont pu its foot down . is that why my clown wont host in it

That might be an indication of a bigger problem - but it is not the reason the clown won't host to it. I am not really sure anyone really knows why clowns bond with certain corals - but they don't just do it whichever is closest.
Tell us about the tank and lighting - maybe that will help figure out whats wrong with the anemone. Also - how long ago did you get it?
