Well, I just don't think it's right for a 10 year old to be spending hours online every day, unsupervised in chatrooms and god knows where else. Yeah I'm not his parent, that's not my call, but he does have some very annoying behaviors in the chatroom and in the forums.

I had a whole lot rather him be in this forum than some of the crap thats on the net.I'd like to think that when he's on this site,he's at least spending some time reading and learning something. Well,thats my 2 cents worth,now im going to bed.

If HyBye shouldn't be banned outright, then he needs to start acting differently. I personally don't like it when he comes into chat and types "a;dklfjs;ldfjowiefiwefios" over and over again just to be annoying. Several other people on here don't like it either! In chat, HiBye was warned. He has been told several times by several people to stop it. He has continued to do this every time he comes into chat.
Another thing, lately he has just been cutting and pasting my posts and reposting them. Over and over and over again, just to be annoying! He has been doing this to other people too. He needs to understand that if he wants to continue to use this forum (which I do agree is a good learning tool for him), there are certain things that he cannot do on here. Being annoying just for the sake of being annoying, mainly. Yeah I know he's 10. But if he's going to put himself out there on a forum with a bunch of adults and expect to be accepted and listened to, then he cannot conduct himself like a 4 year old.
