That forum is the one I was talking about before with all the adds, no personality there either very condesending. Some added opinions are always welcome though.

The LFS that I got to is a sponsor on that site, so I ask him a lot of questions and he gives me a 15% discount in the store. I know there is also a Manhattan Reefers club website, that announces meetings all over the state and frag swaps and things like that. Also the buy/sell section is great because they are actually in your area if you want to go pick it up.

Ill check that out too I think theres a decent club in Rochester or Buffalo too. Theres some really good LFS' in buffalo pretty much where I get all my plants and livestock from go to the local local fish store for food and ferts if Im in a pinch. Just found a new place in buffalo that does saltwater only from what I hear they are awesome.
