Damnit I was hoping that you were at verizon home phone division they have some fully automated system for registration and they gave a password to Janell that doesnt work and its imposible to talk to a human. She cant do whatever she has to do to pay bill online and wants to be able to.

No then she has to pay for the stamp and mail it. She has her bills and I have mine, phone bills not mine. Rent and electricity and satelite are my responsibility.
