"cheap inverts" doesn't sound good, but inverts for cheap go together just fine.

Cgoodman-watch flame scallops I have heard bad things about them. Die quickly and cause bad nitrates when they do!

Re: where to get cheap inverts?

yeah somewhere in a recent post i believe Biff mentioned there is a very very small chance that scallops will survive in a tank.

Re: where to get cheap inverts?

www.garf.org usually has snails and crabs for $1 each. What kind of inverts are you looking for, like a cleaner crew or neater stuff?

Re: where to get cheap inverts?

just a basic cleaner crew. Something to add to the few ceriths i have. I had a ton, but took them out and sold them off cause of the tank maintenance I was doing. What would be preferable for a 150g? I was thinking something like 20nass/20astraea/2mexican turbo and somethinglike 2 serpant stars. Should I go more or less? Trying to stay away from hermits for the snail eating reason.
