Re: What are your most frequent websites you visit?

Am I the only one that frequents Wet Web Media? Not a social site like this one, but about the best info out there and they categorize topics and information narrowly enough that specific things are easy to find. And if you want general opinions, there are more than enough faqs. Excellent modeartion, more closely resembles a chat line question and answer manner where moderators like Calfo, Fenner, Steve the Pro and such answer rather than everyone throwing in an opinion. Lots of hard cold answers and not so many niceities, yet not so uppity as RC.

Experience in Saltwater & Reef Aquarium Hobby: 35 years in marine aquarium trade and managing LFS's, 10 years with coral.
Other Intrests: Coral Propagation, Civil and Environmental Engineering, Cabinetry, and Reef Systems Development

Re: What are your most frequent websites you visit?

I go to WWM when doing research for fish or coral problems with the tank. However, after looking through technology information all day at work, it's nice to just relax a bit at home (I didn't base the sites on what I use most in my profession).

Re: What are your most frequent websites you visit?

I am a little strange as in I find reading reference material and technology articles full of data as relaxing. I find being sociable: stressful, difficult, tedious and in general uncomfortable, and I have always been/felt that way. In general I feel most social chatter and social acts/displays are disingenuous.

I don't find that strange at all. I can spend hours researching a coral, fish, or reefing method (my kids tell me I'm obsessed). And I don't get my primary social interaction from a computer. Even here, I look for information and, in return, try to provide information when I have something worth saying (I try not to write something unless I am fairly certain of the information).
