Procrastinating.
Just sitting here at work... Getting tired of work... Trying to do something other than work...
If there's one thing I know for sure, it's that I love cheese! So, what's everyone's favorite cheese??? If I had to choose one, and only one, I guess it'd be cheddar. So versatile! So many varieties! Tastes great on it's own, or accompanied by other food. Goes well with bread and fruit. Cheddar is it.

I chose havarti, I have really been digging it lately. I have the classics cheddar and pepper jack. But its a current favorite. Not a long term favorite because of its lack of versatility in comparison as you stated earlier with cheeses such as chedder but I really like it lately.
And I also LOVE LOVE LOVE cheese

I voted for feta just because stilton or double glouster wasnt a choice. I like rich cheeses. I live in a town renowned for its cheddar. Cheese rocks.

Come to wisconsin if you like cheese you will love it here. No other place in the country has cheese like ours. My favorite is deep fried cheese curds that I am made because they didn't even make the list.

Cheddar and some kind of white cheese. Here I am upset and I don't even know all the kinds of cheese to fry. I have let down all other wisconsin cheese heads.
