Re: Liveaquaria horror story!

Piggy is dead on!

If you can afford a $2500 fish, surely you could of setup a 30-40gal. quarantine tank for the booger.Summer really is the worst time to order fish online.Still,I feel bad for the guy and hope things does work out.

That's awful, he was so excited for that fish too

Sounds like the Drs. might step up to the plate and do the right thing, which would be good, but it still sucks that such a beatiful fish didn't make it.

The question is "what is the right thing?". I don't know that I would just give out a refund if I were the Doctors. It may depend on my history with a particular client. However, I might give at least partial credit. I really can't say for sure. I know when I had a small side business everyone seemed to want something for nothing, so maybe I'm just partial to the business owners. I can definitely see both sides of the argument and wouldn't completely disagree with either side.

Re: Liveaquaria horror story!

I wish them the best of luck but I do agree with Piggy and I will continue to order from them as well. With a fish that expensive I would have put it in quarantine until it was eating properly and acting normal.
