2500? I am surprised they would guarantee it at all. That's nuts. I think I would of paid for the best shipping possible.

Pretty sure theres no better shipping you can pay for. Its all next day air or two day depending on the distance.

I agree ... the tang is most likely gone. I am looking at LiveAquaria for a couple things and will definitely order from them regardless of what they do for this particularly buyer. Everything I have heard about them leads me to believe they do their best to run an honest business and provide good customer service.

I like the fact that the company still guarantees on the expert only and difficult specimens. Many companies won't keep their guarantee on those types, but liveaquaria does.

He got a full refund. Also found a Gem tang from someone in PA.

they dont need to make loads of new costumers to make up for that 3 grand they just refunded, thats just a drop in the bucket to them
