Re: Rocked!

this country is failing bad we are going to be in deep here soon if the stock market keeps going the way it is. it just keeps dropping as is other countries around the world i think that we are also going to have a global recession to come soon if something is not done soon. spending money on vacations is not going to help anything out any. one thing about Montana that i like is the our economy here is not that bad we never had the housing problem we are still growing strong but the gas and utilitie prices is what is effecting us the most. a lot of people here dont spend the money unless they have it to spend. unlike some people that just spend spend. then guess what they owe more money than they have comming in then there goes everything back to the bank and bankrupcy follows.

All it would take,is to vote every single one of em thats in there now out of office.
But that wont happen, people are to scared of change.
Is that really a question Yote? Of course our country has become sissyfied (is that really a word?). People want to blame everyone but themselves. They have short term memories. I read that Congressman Jefferson from LA is ahead in the polls ... after they found all that cash in his freezer! People don't get educated before they vote. We get what we (as a country) deserve.

And Daugherty, don't forget that salary they make in DC is for *part time* work!!! I only wish I could make that kind of money and have so much time off.

Re: Rocked!

I don't think we can vote them out...i dont believe the system is honest. Votes are prob rigged anyways.

What we need to do is boycott. Not put our money in the banks, not buy from these companies, etc. We can put these people out of business including the government if we just unite as people again.

Im not pro military but i truly feel for our soldiers who are victims to all this corruption. Why did we even go to Iraq when the war is supposed to be in Afghanistan? We're losing our soldiers because of the all the corruption. Let's put a stop to this madness already.

A better way of life is inevitable because technology will save us all but before that, we will go thru a serous war whether it be civial war or WWIII, the people in power will not give up without a fight. But they will lose and they will lose big and hopefully a new era will start for us and the rest of the world. Let's hope. I'm already doing my part by refusing to pay intrest or apply for another loan. I have changed my bank from BofA to a local bank but eventually, i will give up on banks all together.

Let's boycott these bastars. We have the power. Do we have the guts?

Gotta speak out regarding Iraq. Several fellow soldiers have been there that have told me of great things happening in Iraq. Their citizens are not getting slaughtered by there leaders, they have clinics and schools being built, the women have more rights than they ever had, etc. Now, you may say it wasn't America's problem, but we certainly have helped the country.

Re: Rocked!

So you're saying in the middle of the "war against terrorism" the goverment suddenly decided to ignore osama, 9/11 and Afghanistan and started worrying about the well being of the iraqi people?

Or did we go in to make billions of dollars? Not to mention tax payers pockets? Look at all the construction contractors making deals in Iraq. You think its for the benefit of the iraqi people?

You can;t for one second believe we went to iraq to actually help them. If that was the case, we should go to africa first.

Re: Rocked!

I personally believe there were likely WMDs in Iraq ... but we could argue about that all day. Is everything we do there perfect? Not a chance. The contractors are too tied to political parties so we pay far too much. What I am saying is that good things are being done and the Iraqi people are better off for it.

Re: Rocked!

maybe some good things are being done but at what expense? Good deeds stemming out of lies & corruption and at the cost of the american people's well being will only backfire. We dont have a decent health system yet we're in iraq doing good deeds. Sorry but this is going to backfire big time.
