Is this worth it???

I'm skeptical. Talked to the seller. She doesn't know what kind of lights or pump it is.

thanks for any feedback

You wont know till you go and look at it. I've ran into some people who really don't know what they have. All they say is it's a really nice that keeps coral alive.LOL Sometimes it's the stock light or sometimes it's PC t5 or MH. Just gotta go look at it and see.

Re: Is this worth it???

unless they have a real nice light and skimmer i wouldn't, i got my 75 gallon tank and stand for 150 bucks on craigslist. i would go see and post here with more info. i've seen many people post 55 gallon saltwater setup for 1000.00 dollars cause thats what they have spent like someone is gonna fall for that, anyone is lucky to get half of your money back.

I think I'd at least look at it.Like Bobby said. You can get the information from the lights, pumps, and any other equipment and extras, then post em.That way we'd know if its worth or not.Or at least help you come up with an offer ammount for it.

It doesn't look reefready, probably pc lights. I think I would pass. Take a look though it can't hurt.

Re: Is this worth it???

The tank is 90 gallons. Two people have come to look at it and it still hasn't sold. I'm thinking that the lights probably aren't very good if that's the case. I'll call her tomorrow to set up a time to go see it.

Re: Is this worth it???

Dont know. With that canopy,it might have some pretty good lights retro-fitted in there.Looks like its probably running on a canister filter though. But if thats the case,it'd be easy enough to set a sump under it with a HOB over-flow.
