any kind of sleeve or anything would be way too expensive for coverage. your body already looks like hell i would say why not accent that with some really unorigional and enexpensive crap like kanji symbols and tribal! then you will really look like a fool if you dont already. oh and maybe a tasmanian devil tattoo to bring back the 80s tattoo trends

Seriously. I saw that guy on "60 Minutes" a few months ago. He's Mexican. He lost like 500 lbs through exercise and dieting (the correct way) and then gained it alllllllllllllllll back. All his doctors were pissed at him.
