Re: Tattooed? Show Your Ink!

I have three more designed and ready to go, there are two problems, 1) money. They ain't cheap. 2) I got kids who are getting older and impressionable. While understand the limits, they do not. All I need is for them to come home from a drunken state with some dumb-ass cartoon character tatted across their forehead. I can't very well tell them they can't if I just got three more. I can tell them not to get them since I haven't gotten one for about 5 years.

Re: Tattooed? Show Your Ink!

My parents let me take my brother for his first when he was 16. They paid for the one I got this weekend, as well as one my brother got on Saturday too. They figured it was alot better for me to take him to a reputatible place and get some decent work than him coming home in a drunken state with a cartoon character tattied on his head. At this point he has his dogs prints tattooed on his back, the same walleye as me on his calf and a nice Native tribal piece on his other calf

Re: Tattooed? Show Your Ink!

I agree with Redline, Bubba. You should wait until you are 18 before you get your first. When I was 16, I really wanted a tattoo so bad, but my parents wouldn't let me, and I was so pissed at them. Now, I look back at what I wanted to get, and I think THANK GOD they didn't let me get it. I would have regretted it very much when I got older. It won't kill you to wait a few years.
