Another thing too, Black does fad just like any other color.

Dustin do yourself a favor and dont get any "flash" tattoos. Have an artist draw something up for you and make sure he/she destroys the template after the tat is done. And wait until youre 18!

Well legally you have to wait. Figure out what you want. Wait a few months pull out the sketch and see if you still really want it. Make sure you go to a reputable shop. Make sure you see them take the needle out of the packaging they wear gloves sterilize the gun. Just make sure everything is sterile and remember that you have to live with it for the rest of your life!

in georgia with parental permission you can get one at 16 and i know of one that is really good and has never failed a test for sterilization
