Bobby,
The way to keep Bass from having a bad taste,is to keep them alive untill you clean em.If your gonna eat Bass,clean them as soon as you catch em,or keep them in a bucket with an air pump.
Then after you clean em,soak em over night in some Jim Beam,then roll em in your favorite batter.
Now im hungry.

I like fishing but I sure can't stand the taste of any fish.Bass fishing being my favorite.Here,Kentucky Lake has some of the best.BTW,congrats Bobby.

Thanks. I'll have to try that yote. The one I cooked went straight from the pond to the knife and right to the grill. I dont think it could have gotten any fresher. I talked to a couple people and they both said they had lack of oxygen, so the next one I cook will come out of the lake.

rigo bass tase like saltwater fish but they tase alot less salty i prefer saltwater fish myself
