Re: Carpenter Wrasse

Aaahhh. The ol' carpet surfing trick.

Was it aggresive? What would it eat?

Re: Carpenter Wrasse

I dont have any experience with these but they look really good. It says they are not agressive at all and it eats variety of meaty treats including frozen mysis, saltwater feeder shrimp, squid, scallop clam and other crustaceans.

Re: Carpenter Wrasse

I haven't had one either but I sure want a mated pair of that or a McCoskers.
Check out the Divers Den at Liveaquaria.com.There are some gorgeous Filamented and Carpenters. If you get one look for a super male, they have the best colors.Don't forget a top of some kind.....they are jumpers.

Re: Carpenter Wrasse

those are beautiful fish. my lfs had one a while back. it's colors were kinda drab compared to most that I have saw. so, I had to pass since it was 40 bucks.
