I would use the dried seaweed you buy at the pet store. You can get them at the LFS, and even Petco and Petsmart.

i read up on it somewhere else and said that roasted seaweed is fine too. anyway, he didnt eat any of it. though my hermits swarmed it, they're still munching on it.

You can find plain old dried nori at the asian market. Almost all nori sold at the regular supermarket has seasoning on it.
