Best Coral Food
i was wondering which is better for feeding my corals
this has been my formula for the past few months and my corals love it i put in about 10mL a day Combo Vital - Marc Weiss Companies - Combo Vital 8 drops of Lugols Solution 25mL of Seachem Reef Plus Amino Acids should i be using just the DT Phytoplankton? Current Aquarium(s) Description: 75 gal; Tek light 48" 8 lamp t-5; 90 lbs live sand; 70 lbs live rock Experience in Saltwater & Reef Aquarium Hobby: 2 years

I use a mix of Kent Marine Chromaplex, Kent Marine Phytoplex, Marine Snow, live phytoplankton that a guy in town cultures, cyclopeeze, oyster eggs and my own stuff that I make in the blender.

I don't use any products in the water except for when I target feed.
What is that stuff?A buffer or is it actually food.Sounds like snake oil to me. I target feed my goni with coral frenzy,cyclops and reef roids.I don't passive feed the tank anything.

I make my corals catch whatever is in the water column for the fish. I do add a squirt of coral plankton from liquid life three times a week. it is pricey but lasts a long time

I give mine a bite of the DTs phytoplankton and rotifers about one a week.

The best thing for your tank and corals is a variety. I feed coral frenzy, phyto, bbs, mysis, cyclops, etc...

I soak all my foods in Selcon before I feed. I highly recommend it.

i feed my tank rod's food. it is food for all your tank inhabitant and they all loved it.

I have allways used the two little fishes brand spray dried phyto and zoo plankton, along with some cyclops. i'm allmost out though. i'm thinking of trying some marine snow or dt's.
