Tiny White Shrimp Black eyes

Got a tiny 'white to clear' shrimp with black eyes less than half the size of my pinky fingernail. Anyone know what he might be? Harmful?

sounds like anemone shrimp. Reef safe and kinda cool little critter

Thx bifferwine, but no ID. Good sites though. I did not mention before the thing is shaped like a pill bug but very much looks like a shrimp. It hides a lot and burrows into the sand.
