Should i buy

i found this scroll for sale for $150 should i buy it or try to talk the guy down just a little bit more?

try to talk him down. Around here it will go for about $70. My area tends to be a bit cheaper than the rest of the country. Must be due to the close proximity of the ocean? hmmmm. Up to you. If you crave the piece, than go ahead and secure it for yourself. Especially if you never see them in the store. Good luck

That would probably run at least $200 where I live. Prices all seem to depend on the area. You have to decide if YOU think it's worth it. Look up some similar pieces online and see how they're priced too.
