just wondering is phytoplan any good?

Any sort of phytoplankton will be beneficial for corals. But don't overdo it, some don't need supplemental feeding and you'll just be adding more nutrients to your water.

I've never fed any of my coral. They get all they need from the water and light.

Most of the corals I don't feed.So it all depends on the corals.Sun corals,goniopora and on rare occasions the brains is all I feed.

Cyclopeeze,oyster eggs and Reef Roids.They need very tiny foods and spot fed.

About once a week,I'll give my tank a shot DTs phytoplankton.Usually give my goni a squirt of cyclops or rotifers about every 3 or 4 days when I feed my fish.

Once a day is fine. But just don't over do it.
