cheap tds meter heads up
Walgreen's drug store with the rest of the water purification supplies has a hand held TDS meter. 15 bucks. Non replaceable battery but at that price you cant beat it. Auto shut off so battery should last for awhile. Seems to work well.
Rinse out your fresh water holding cans every so often. Hand held unit reads 4 from my reservoir and zero from water coming out of ro/di unit. Trash can/reservoir has to be the culprit. Current Aquarium(s) Description: 120 reef Experience in Saltwater & Reef Aquarium Hobby: 20 years off and on |

Re: cheap tds meter heads up
Thank for heads up. I already bought a tds meter off ebay. My RO water has tested 0 from the beginning also water in buckets. I always rinse out my bucket and dry it before I reuse it.

You get what you pay for. Cheap TDS meter = un-accurate readings.
