i have become obsessed with the maroon clownfish and the zebra lionfish. i am thinking of trading my cardinal and Os. clownfish for one or the other. will this be a good idea? will a zebra or a maroon live in a 12 gallon? if not then illl just make a lionfish only tank.

Your tank is too small for a maroon which is the biggest clownfish growing up to 6''.Its too small for a lionfish too...sorry.

Lionfish species tank?
I'm gonna take a guess at the dimensions needed for that. 15' long 8' deep 4' wide Good luck with that. Take pics.

my aquapod will be for corals and small fish, the lionfish tank will be for only fish and maybie some zoas and shrooms. i wont get it started till the summer when i have time.
